Bedrooms in our studio rentals always have king size beds that allow you to rest with the same comfort as in bigger apartments. 

Living areas have a fold out couch that enables for additional to sleep capacity. Our top rated studio apartments for rent are fitted with all consumer electronics you may need for a comfortable stay. 

Bathrooms, depending on the rating of the rental apartment, contain either a standard bathtub, shower cabin or Jacuzzi bathtub. Odessa central heating systems are not known for their reliability, therefore, each unit’s autonomous hot water supply and heating system (and some times heated floors in our apartments for rent) will serve you well during your stay.

In Summer the air temperature in all of our rental apartments is controlled by air conditioners. Thus, pleasant environment inside will always be maintained, in spite of the weather conditions. 

One important appliance that most of Odessa rentals include is a washing/drying machine. It is very convenient if you rent an apartment for a long time. You are also welcome to use our laundry service in case of a busy schedule.
