Daily Rent Market Review

For the last couple of years daily rent market  in Odessa has grown significantly, mostly, due to rental apartments getting more and more competitive towards hotel rooms. Quality rating has been catching up with European standards and a number of new apartments for daily rent appeared on the market. As a rule comfort level and modern design solutions in rental flats make them more appealing to different income tourists. During high Summer season when Odessa is just packed with tourists from different countries rental accommodations really compensate for the lack of hotels.

Flexible pricing policy is often luxury most of major hotels cannot afford due to the big number of attendants. Meanwhile daily apartment pricing is always subject of negotiation, especially in off peak season. According to the guest cards filled in by a number of tourists from different countries, 60% of guests answered they prefer apartment for daily rent in Odessa as it provides 5 star hotel comfort for much cheaper price. 15% indicated it gave them the opportunity to cook meals they wanted instead of eating out all the time. Remaining 25 % informed operators wanted their holiday accommodation to be in more private atmosphere and thus they made the their choice to stay in rental flat instead of a hotel.  

Daily rentals are divided into three categories as:

• Economy class or standard apartments are normally small flats with standard set of amenities and basic consumer electronics. But, do not be wrong about them, they are at the same time quite comfortable with air conditioner, access to Internet, all cooking ware. Surprisingly enough, cheap rental apartments are sometimes located at the most wanted tourist locations close to diifernt Odessa attractions.  

• So called “comfort” category of apartments normally includes well organized spacious flats, with individual interior design, nicely furnished and centrally located. Tourists living in these apartments for rent have enough space and modern appliances for comfort of visitors.  .

• DeLux apartments speak for themselves even when you see them in a catalog. Go for them if you can afford them. Their interior amazes you with combinations of modern and classic design solutions, quality of furniture and consumer electronics. Bedrooms in these flats are equipped with king-size beds with orthopedic matrices. Living areas are with big plasma or LCD TVs, comfortable coaches and Jacuzzi or modern hydro massage cabin in the bathroom. This kind of accommodation for rent will make your time inside comfortable and enjoyable to start your new day with positive emotions and expectations…

Looks like different income tourists have better choices for Odessa housing and hopefully that part of hotel industry would keep developing to accommodate more guests with comfort and let them love Odessa…
