Services for Odessa visitors.

There are new services we offer to our guests. Upon your request we deliver bottled water and groceries to the rental apartment before your arrival. The cost of the service depends on the items you order and needs to be ordered at least 2 days prior your arrival.
 
Laundry service includes pickup from the flat and delivering it back to you. If we pick it up in the morning you normally get it back next day afternoon. In some cases it takes longer depending on the clothing and day of the week.

Assistance with purchasing air/bus/train tickets, per your request we will provide you with the schedule details and deliver a ticket you need directly to the apartment.

Making a reservation at a restaurant. We will help you choose a restaurant according to you preferences and our experience. There are some real good restaurants in Odessa that combine good food, excellent service, English menu and English speaking waiters. Do not hesitate to ask us and we will reserve a table for you in a nice place.

Calling a cab is sometimes confusing for the foreign customers. Let us know where you need to go and we will arrange and coordinate the cab ride for you. The service varies from a short city ride to getting to another city with English speaking driver.

Rent a mobile phone. We offer this service for those who need to make phone calls within Ukraine or to call out from Ukraine. The rent is just $ 3 a day. You are getting a cell phone with a local sim card, all you need to do is to put some money on the phone account to make calls. Note: all incoming calls are free, no matter where you receive the call from.

Purchasing tickets to theaters, cinemas etc. Let us know what show, movie or opera you want to attend and we will purchase and deliver the tickets directly to the apartment.
