I used the service of OdessaStay on two different trips to Odessa, Ukraine. I was extremely satisfied with the service. I was met at the airport and all the necessary arrangements for my hotel stay were made. The apartment was near the center of the city and was of high quality. It was much better than staying in a hotel which I had done on a previous trip. I got to experience being a resident of the city by staying in the apartment.

Travel arrangements within the city were taken care of when I needed them as well as providing interpreters. The service was very helpful in suggesting things to do while I was in the city.

The staff treated me very well and were extremely helpful. I always felt that they went out of their way to make my time their productive and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to Ukraine.

They treat their clients with respect and more importantly with honesty.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The location is extremely convenient seeing as it is located in the very center of Odessa and everything that you could possibly want or need is within walking distance. Very spacious inside, even for a studio, as the bed is a few steps higher it gives the impression of a separate bedroom. The bathroom has a comfortable and clean shower. Overall very satisfied with the interior and location of the apartment.

Excellent service provided by sales manager from Odessa Stay agency. Sales manager from Odessastay was exact on time picking me up from airport to apartment. He was very friendly and we fuly could communicate in English which made my stay much seamless, the apartment was very close to inner city and main street with a lot of restaurants and room was nice, the view from balcony  was perfect, free internet. Nice and clean 1 room apartment, nice garden. I will defiantly recommend Odessa Stay with very professional staff that did everything possible to make my stay wonderful.
