Very comfortable and cozy studio apartment, 2 minute walk to Deribasovskaya Street in a quite courtyard. A spacious 28sq m room unites living room and bedroom into a separate unite with queen size bed, sofa converts into another bed, TV set with cable channels, small kitchenette (in its own room) with all cooking ware, microwave, fridge, gas stove. Stand shower, toilet, small washing basin are united in bathroom. Apartment has central heating system, good water pressure, electric heater for water. The apartment is equipped with consumer electronics such as TV set with cable channels, DVD player, air conditioner, High speed Internet, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron, telephone. Local calls within Odessa are free of charge. Apartment and corridor have been recently renovated. Gates to courtyard are on key. Parking is available in the courtyard. This rental apartments accommodates 4 persons maximum. Smoking inside is forbidden B4 (one bedroom Delux) and S1 (studio) are located on the same floor in mutual corridor, thus you can rent them both as 2 bedroom upon request. C5 (two bedroom) is also on the same floor, S2 (studio) is in the same building, on the ground floor.
