Spectacular vacation rental in the new residential complex, just after renovation in 2013! Most central location between Deribasovskaya st. and Lanzheron beach. The flat is located on the 13th floor of elevator building. Livingroom with author design lighting, pool out couch, tiled floor with carpets, armchair, compact bar counter, big LCD TV, air conditioner, cable channels, wi fi Internet (included into the rate). Small, built in kitchenette with fridge and basic kitchen utensils. Very light bedroom due to large windows elegantly decorated with tulle and silk curtains. Bedroom with access to a balcony with beautiful panaramic view at the harbour. Walls are imbellished with unique gobelin art work. King-size wooden bed, bed-side table, wardrobe. Bathroom combines walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Right-angled corridor with built in closet, big mirror and padded stool. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. Guarded parking (extra fee applies).
